This is an appeal by defendant from an order granting plaintiff a new trial. Plaintiff sued for $15,000 damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when automobiles operated by the respective parties came into collision at the intersection of McKenzie Road and Gramond Drive in St. Louis County on April 2, 1958.
