This is a suit for realtor's commission claimed by plaintiff under the "acceptance of offer" portion of a so-called "offer to purchase," which defendants, as the property owners, had signed on June 22, 1957. The offer to purchase, previously drafted by defendant husband, an attorney, was executed on that same date by a husband and wife named LeBlanc as prospective purchasers.
