This is a derivative action brought by appellant as the owner of one half of the outstanding stock of Alaska Towing & Salvage, Inc., an Alaska corporation, against respondents Eggleston and wife as the owners of the remaining half of the corporate stock. Mr. Eggleston will herein be referred to as respondent, since his acts constitute the basis of the action. The corporation was also named as a defendant because it could not be made a party plaintiff...
