This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court for appellee, Irene Crawford, against appellant, Texas Casualty Insurance Company, based upon a jury verdict in a Workmen's Compensation case wherein appellee recovered for alleged compensable injury resulting in a hernia. Notice of injury was not given within the required time, and good cause was alleged for such failure. Appellant denied good cause, but the jury found in favor of appellee...
