PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged by Grand Jury indictment with the crime of Robbery with Aggravation, in violation of Sections 711.1 and 711.2 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Upon trial he was convicted by jury verdict, and judgment and sentence were rendered thereon. Defendant appeals.
The case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record. We have examined the record and find no error. The judgment is, therefore, affirmed.
