PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged with the offense of failing to leave name and address, in violation of the provisions of Section 321.265 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Upon trial to the court he was found guilty, and it was adjudged that he be confined in the Polk County jail for a period of fifteen days. Defendant appeals.
