This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court of Maricopa county amending a decree of divorce. The original divorce action was instituted by plaintiff-appellee Clare Galbraith against defendant-appellant Henry S. Galbraith. The parties will hereinafter be referred to as they appeared in that action, i.e., as plaintiff and defendant.
