On March 17, 1955, in Santa Clara County, defendant filed an action for divorce against plaintiff, who had taken up residence with a married man in Los Angeles. Two minor children, now 10 and 14, were then taken from plaintiff by a warrant issued by the Santa Clara Superior Court.
