The principal issue before us on this appeal is whether the trial court properly determined that the plaintiff's causes of action are barred by the statutes of limitation. There is also a subsidiary issue of whether the plaintiff succeeded in proving a cause of action relating to the personal property grounded on fraud so as to render applicable sec. 330.19 (7), Stats. In resolving these issues we deem it advisable...
