The plaintiff herein is the Twin Coach Company, a Delaware corporation, with headquarters in Buffalo, N. Y. The defendant is Chance Vought Aircraft, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Defendant was the U. S. Navy's prime contractor for the manufacture of certain fighter aircraft, said aircraft having been designed and developed by defendant. Among other things, it had decided to subcontract the wing component assemblies...
