This appeal1 comes directly to this Court to review a final decree of the Circuit Court of Duval County declining to validate $35,000,000 of bonds of Special Tax School District No. 1 of Duval County.2 The validation of the bonds was opposed in the trial court by the State and two intervening taxpayers, respondents in this appellate proceeding.
