This appeal, by the trustee in bankruptcy of Petroleum Corporation of America, is from an order denying a motion to vacate a default judgment in favor of Newcastle Drilling Company and against Petroleum Corporation of America, and to set aside a sale made pursuant to an execution issued upon said judgment.
