This is an action by a surviving widow for damages incurred by reason of the death of her husband as the result of an automobile collision, and she appeals from a judgment rejecting her demands.

The accident occurred at the intersection of what is known as the Dixonville Road, admittedly a right-of-way thoroughfare guarded by stop signs on intersecting thoroughfares, and an unnamed street within the limits of the unincorporated village of Sterlington...
