Plaintiff Larry Lessen, by his next of friend, brought suit against Ted Allison, defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when an automobile in which he was riding as a guest overturned. Ted Allison was operating the automobile at the time of the occurrence. A jury found defendant guilty and assessed damages at $14,060.15.
