This appeal arises out of a dispute as to state income taxes to be paid by Northwestern States Portland Cement Company, a foreign corporation. A judgment was entered in 1955 in favor of the State of Minnesota in the amount of $102,536.82 with interest at the rate of 4 percent per annum on the sum of $70,578.31 from December 1, 1953.
