Elizabeth S. Mackey instituted this proceeding in equity on May 27, 1959, seeking the rescission of a partially performed agreement to support, on the ground of alleged breaches; an accounting; and other relief. After answer and hearing, the chancellor decreed that the bill be dismissed, but, on reargument, assumed and retained jurisdiction to administer a "trust", and ordered an accounting of receipts and disbursements...
