This action was instituted in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. The first of the three counts of the complaint seeks injunctive relief against the defendant Massiah only. The second count seeks injunctive relief against the same defendant, plus specific performance of his contractual undertaking to the plaintiff, a declaratory judgment that said defendant's claimed lien is void, and compensatory and punitive damages...
