Upon trial in the circuit court the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff, Mrs. Leona Justice, in the sum of $17,000, for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, Pearl Justice, caused by a head-on collision between an automobile driven by him and an automobile driven by defendant, Burnice Eugene Malin, on Highway BB in Camden County.
