The first count of the indictment charged the defendants with unlawfully importing a narcotic drug, to-wit, 41 grams of heroin hydrochloride, into the United States; and the second count charged them with unlawfully receiving, concealing and transporting said narcotic drug after it had been imported into the United States contrary to law.
