This is a suit by the appellant to recover total and permanent disability benefits at the rate of $200 a month. It was stipulated that if the jury found that the plaintiff was disabled for the entire period involved (extending from the thirtieth day after his injury in an automobile accident up to the date of trial) then he would be entitled to recover $2,975.
