This action arose out of an intersection collision between two automobiles. The principal facts as disclosed by the record are that Elsie B. Silva, the respondent herein, was riding at about 3 to 3:30 p.m. on December 23, 1956, in a 1956 Dodge automobile being driven by her husband, Frank J.
