This is an action for damages for personal injuries, and for damages to a pickup truck, allegedly caused when an automobile struck the rear end of the truck. Plaintiff Janssen was the operator of the truck, and plaintiff Morseman was a passenger in the truck. Defendant Elizabeth Mangum was the operator of the automobile.

The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Janssen for $417. The verdict...
