This is an action for condemnation in fee simple absolute of certain parcels of realty for state highway purposes. Parcel numbered 10 is the only one involved in this appeal. Defendants Hoke S. Nelms and Wilma H. Nelms, his wife, as the fee owners, claimed a value of $90,000 for land and $70,000 for improvements, or a total of $160,000. Alan P.C. Craig (now deceased; Maurine B.
