This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire entered June 11, 1959 which dismissed appellants' petition to reorganize the debtor-corporation, Rice-Varick Hotel, Inc., under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. Chap. X, § 501 et seq.
