Marie E. Bowling, the plaintiff, brought suit in the County Court of Arlington County against Shirlington Motor Company, Inc., alleging that she had sustained damages in the amount of $695.50 as the result of a breach of warranty in the purchase of a used automobile, and that the vehicle was now in the possession of the defendant. Upon motion of the defendant, pursuant to § 16.1-92, Code of 1950, as amended, 1960 Cum.Supp., the cause was removed...
