On December 16, 1957, an automobile being driven by the plaintiff, Harry A. Schwartz, belonging to his son, the plaintiff, Donald A. Schwartz, with his wife riding therein as a guest passenger, was stopped in a line of traffic on North 21st Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
