Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Bridge, appeal from a summary judgment dismissing their action against the law firm of Backman, Backman & Clark for damages from that firm's failure to take an appeal from a trial court's decision that the will and codicils of Gail Swan, with separate bequests to Mrs. Bridge, Grant Macfarlane and Daniel Kostopulos were void for lack of testamentary capacity and that such legatees were guilty of fraud and undue influence...
