Furrer, against the defendant, State Industrial Accident Commission, for benefits for herself and her children under the Workmen's Compensation Law. On October 20, 1956, plaintiff's husband, while covered by Workmen's Compensation, was a workman on a rock crusher and suffered an injury in the course of his employment.
