This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Lawrence County in an action instituted in that court by Charles W. Ginn, plaintiff, appellee herein, against Helen A. Ginn, defendant, appellant herein, for a divorce and equitable and legal relief.
