These are appeals from the refusal of the court below to grant defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v.

The case arose as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on the East River Drive near the Strawberry Mansion ramp in Philadelphia. The jury found verdicts in favor of Jeffrey Smith in the amount of $3,500.00; Barry Smith in the amount of $250.00; and...
