This is a suit for a declaratory judgment to determine the rights of the parties in and to standing timber situated in Clackamas County, Oregon, arising out of a deed of conveyance from the defendants Walker to the plaintiffs Clyde. The trial court found in favor of the defendants and the plaintiffs appeal.
