On a former occasion we dismissed the appeal in this case on the theory that jurisdiction still pended in the trial court and that no final judgment should be considered to have been entered until after the accounting ordered as part of the judgment of the trial court had been rendered and the orders requisite upon such occurrence entered below. See Ferguson v. Ferguson, Tex.Civ.App.1959,
