AMERICAN CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY v. WHITE

339 S.W.2d 15 (1960)

AMERICAN CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY v. Ollie Mae WHITE.

Supreme Court of Tennessee.

September 9, 1960.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James K. Miller, Morristown, for plaintiff in error.

Taylor & Inman, Morristown, for defendant in error.

TOMLINSON, Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case. The first question made by the appeal of the insurance carrier is that there is no evidence to support the Trial Judge's finding that Mrs. White had sustained a 25% permanent disability to her body as a whole by reason of injuries which admittedly fell within the contemplation of the Workmen's Compensation Statute, T.C.A. § 50-901 et seq.
