McDONOUGH, Justice.

The plaintiff in this action brought suit against the defendants (1) for assault and battery, (2) for false arrest and imprisonment, and (3) for malicious prosecution. The case was submitted to a jury on those issues and from a no cause of action verdict and judgment entered thereon plaintiff appeals. He contends that the verdict is contrary to the evidence on each of the charges above stated and assigns certain other errors hereinafter discussed...
