The State of Georgia, as plaintiff and condemnor, filed its petition in rem, in the Superior Court of DeKalb County, to condemn the following described property adjacent to Stone Mountain:

"All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the 18th District of DeKalb County, Georgia, and being in Land Lot 88, containing 4.26 acres, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at Georgia State grid coordinates X-501, 016...
