Through the instrumentality of a bill filed under the declaratory judgment law, Mr. and Mrs. Strasser seek to enjoin further proceedings in the Circuit Court for the condemnation by the Tennessee Department of Highways and Public Works of part of their farm for use in the construction of a State and Federal Highway.
