Defendant Los Angeles Transit Lines appeals from a default judgment in favor of plaintiff rendered in a personal injury action in the sum of $3,500. The default was entered because of defendant's refusal and failure to answer certain interrogatories propounded by plaintiff pursuant to section 2030, Code of Civil Procedure.
