1. The plaintiff, E. Eileen Jenkins (now Mrs. Clarence O. Wright), made application for a modification of a decree of divorce entered in June, 1956, with respect to the custody of three of the four minor children of the parties, who were then awarded to their father. From a denial of her petition, she appeals.

There is no serious controversy over the facts and there are only a few propositions...
