The question presented in this case is whether a support order entered in a proceeding commenced under section 733 of The Penal Code of June 24, 1939, P. L. 872, 18 PS §4733, may be amended by petition so as to include support for a child born to defendant and relatrix after the entry of the order, and possibily increased to provide for such child.
