By information, Paul L. Zucker was accused in Count I of conspiring with C.E. Dutcher to cheat and defraud and to obtain money and property by false pretenses and in Count II he was charged with the grand theft of money and personal property of a value of more than $7,000 from Luther and Fannie B. Hill. Count I was dismissed. In a jury trial upon Count II Zucker was found guilty of grand theft and he was sentenced to state prison. He appeals from the judgment...
