The plaintiffs, Frederick Dunlap and his wife, and the defendants, John and Roy Hartman and their wives, both claiming to own a strip of land consisting of 12.4 acres, the plaintiffs in 1956 instituted this suit to quiet the title. In a general judgment the trial court found the issues for the plaintiffs and accordingly quieted the title.
