This suit involves the distribution of one-half of the funds derived from a sale at public auction to effect a partition by licitation of two acres of land in St. Landry Parish. The dispute on appeal is between the two defendants, who were formerly married, Charles W. Reynolds, defendant-appellee, and Katie Thrash, defendant-appellant.
