This action was brought by Luther Boyd Stephens on a policy of insurance issued by the Carolina Casualty Insurance Company to Graham Cottingham, wherein the Company agreed to pay, on behalf of the insured and within specified limits, all sums which the insured should become legally obligated to pay as damages because of personal injury or death of any person, or damage to property, caused by accident and arising out of the ownership...
