Floyd Stoker, appellee, brought this action in the Madison Circuit Court of Madison County against Ben Azimow, appellant, for damages resulting from an alleged malicious prosecution. The case went to trial before a jury on appellee's amended complaint and an answer in general denial by the appellant.
