This appeal is on questions of law from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas wherein the defendant, appellant herein, Philip Edwin Cloud, was found guilty by a jury on eight counts of an indictment charging separate violations of the narcotic laws of Ohio and was sentenced to the Mansfield Reformatory.
