The factual situation in the two cases we are now reviewing is very simple. On February 2, 1958, the appellant in case No. 255 was riding in a motor vehicle operated by her husband, the appellant in case No. 256, in Jackson County, West Virginia. The appellants were involved in a collision with a car being operated by the appellee, who apparently was at fault.
