In this equity proceeding, the Board of Supervisors of Buckingham Township seek to restrain defendants, Howard Y. Bary and Augusta W. Bary, from operating a zoo in alleged violation of the township zoning ordinance. Plaintiffs agree that defendants have a right to keep wild animals and reptiles on their property, but contend that exhibition of same to the public "for commercial purposes" is forbidden. . . .
