This is an action for breach of contract. The defendant corporation is a real estate developer engaged in building homes in the Village of Mundelein, Illinois. The plaintiffs, who are husband and wife, had contracted with defendant for the construction of a home, including the purchase of the lot on which the dwelling was to be constructed.
