The automobile accident from which this suit results occurred on a clear day, on a paved, dry concrete highway, No. 433, in St. Tammany Parish, which highway extends from the Town of Slidell to a junction with main highway No. 11, at a point near a waterway known as the Rigolets. The paved portion of this highway No. 433 is 18 feet in width and accommodates traffic going in both directions East and West....
