The plaintiff, Florence Kerby, brought suit against the Chicago Motor Coach Company and La Salle National Bank, administrator de bonis non with the will annexed of the estate of Thomas L. Deuell, deceased, for personal injuries sustained when the automobile driven by Deuell ran into the Motor Coach Company bus in which plaintiff was riding as a passenger.
